Using high-pressure washers, rotary surface cleaners and targeted lances, we remove moss, algae, lichen “black spots”, dirt and most stains. For delicate surfaces (render, painted masonry, some timber) we use lower pressure and appropriate detergents. Where needed, we treat organic growth to slow regrowth and—on block paving—re-sand joints once the surface has dried. We work cleanly, control run-off, and leave areas tidy. Need a fast turnaround before photos or viewings? We can usually book small jobs within a week and offer same or next-day attendance where possible.
