1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Service Description

WeDo Property provides professional property maintenance services including but not limited to electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating, and general maintenance across seven counties in the UK.

3. Booking and Quotes

All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Quotes are estimates and final costs may vary based on actual work required and unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments. Late payment charges may apply for overdue accounts.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a charge to cover administrative costs and lost time.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 12 months from completion. This guarantee covers defects in our work but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services.

8. Health and Safety

We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance and adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations. Customers must ensure safe access to work areas and inform us of any known hazards.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
